What's the difference between subscription and permanent credits?
Subscription credits come from Pro monthly/yearly plans and refill monthly. Permanent credits come from one-time credit packages and never expire.
Should I keep Pro subscription or just buy credit packages?
Both give you the same generation capabilities — the key difference is expiry. Pro credits refresh monthly but reset to zero if unused. Purchased credit packages never expire and roll over, making them better for sporadic or long-term use.
Do you offer refunds?
