Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) explains what is not allowed when using AppIconKitchen.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use AppIconKitchen to create, request, upload, generate, or distribute content that:

  • Violates laws or regulations.
  • Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or other third-party rights.
  • Contains sexual exploitation material, child sexual abuse material, or explicit illegal sexual content.
  • Contains, requests, promotes, or attempts to generate NSFW, adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit content.
  • Contains nudity, semi-nudity, sexually suggestive content, fetish content, or sexualized depictions of people or body parts.
  • Uses prompts, obfuscated wording, or other methods to bypass, probe, or defeat our safety restrictions or content filters.
  • Promotes violence, terrorism, extremism, self-harm, or criminal activity.
  • Includes fraud, phishing, scams, malware, or deceptive practices.
  • Harasses, threatens, or targets individuals or groups with hateful abuse.

AI and Content Responsibility

  • You are responsible for the prompts, uploaded assets, and generated outputs associated with your use of the service.
  • You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before public use.
  • We may refuse generation requests, remove content, restrict access, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate this AUP.

Enforcement

If we detect violations, we may:

  • Reject or block related prompts, uploads, or generation requests;
  • Block or remove related content;
  • Limit or terminate account access;
  • Report severe violations to relevant parties or authorities when required by law.
