Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) explains what is not allowed when using AppIconKitchen.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use AppIconKitchen to create, upload, or distribute content that:

  • Violates laws or regulations.
  • Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or other third-party rights.
  • Contains sexual exploitation material, child sexual abuse material, or explicit illegal sexual content.
  • Promotes violence, terrorism, extremism, self-harm, or criminal activity.
  • Includes fraud, phishing, scams, malware, or deceptive practices.
  • Harasses, threatens, or targets individuals or groups with hateful abuse.

AI and Content Responsibility

  • You are responsible for the prompts and assets you submit.
  • You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before public use.
  • We may remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts that violate this AUP.

Enforcement

If we detect violations, we may:

  • Block or remove related content;
  • Limit or terminate account access;
  • Report severe violations to relevant parties or authorities when required by law.
